1. When on digital devices make sure you blink more to keep your eyes lubricated, otherwise, we tend to stare and blink less when we are concentrated in screens. Don't forgot to take plenty of breaks, every 15-20 minutes would be ideal.
2. Do a hot compress daily! What's a hot compress? Get a DERM eye mask, put it in the microwave for 20 seconds, then place over your eyes and tighten the mask around your head. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes then remove. Doing a hot compress daily helps with circulation around the eyes and helps keep the oils in your meibomian glands flowing.
3. Give your lids a scrub. Use Ocusoft or Avenova eyelid and eyelash cleaner twice daily to help remove excess oils, bacteria and allergens around your eyes.
4. Take a Dry Eye Forte supplement to help improve the systemic production of oils in the meibomian glands.
